I have been involved with the sports lifestyle my entire life. With my playing career ending in HS, I continued on to work as a Student Assistant at Alabama and then joined the HS coaching carousel. In my first season, I had a difficult task (QB coach) where I had injuries where 3 different QBs had to play in my first season coaching. Each QB threw for multiple touchdowns; I believe game planning, the use of drills, and breaking down coverages helped. Most importantly, these QBs need a relationship where they believe in you, but ultimately themself.
